The investor offers convenient purchase terms:
10% initial payment upon signing the preliminary contract;
the remaining 90% can be paid in installments according to the investor’s plan with quarterly payments.
Possible installment options:
up to 3 years – 3.5% annual interest;
up to 5 years – 6.5% annual interest;
up to 7 years – 7.5% annual interest.
Additional discounts are provided:
1% discount for a 30% down payment;
2% discount for a 50% down payment;
3% discount for full payment within one month.
After paying 10% of the price, the apartment can be used or rented out through the management company.
The notarization of the transaction is carried out after the full payment of the property.
