Deferred payment up to 3 years with an annual interest rate of 3.5%.
Deferred payment up to 5 years with an annual interest rate of 6.5%.
Deferred payment up to 7 years with an annual interest rate of 7.5%.
Discounts for a larger down payment:
1% discount for a 30% down payment upon signing the preliminary contract.
2% discount for a 50% down payment upon signing the preliminary contract.
3% discount for full payment of the property within one month of signing the preliminary contract.
The apartment can be rented out already after payment of 10% of the purchase price.
The notarization of the transaction is carried out after the full payment of the property.
