Sunny Paradise is a new residential project in Sunny Beach, located in a quiet part of the resort, with convenient access to infrastructure and the beach. The complex is suitable for both vacation property and year-round living or investment.

Payment scheme:
2000 € — reservation deposit upon choosing an apartment
10% — within 30 days after the deposit
20% — within 3 months
Installment payment:
without additional costs for up to 1 year
option for up to 3 years, with a 6% annual interest on the remaining amount starting from the second year
Construction stage:
Currently, Act 14 has been obtained.
Expected Act 15 – December 2026.
Expected Act 16 – March-April 2027.
