Required documents from the buyer in PERSONAL PRESENCE:
1. Foreign passport
2. Declaration of citizenship and civil status in accordance with Art. 25, paragraph 8 of the ZNND,
3. Declaration of the origin of funds in accordance with Art. 66, paragraph 2 of the ZMIP,
4. Declaration of measures to combat money laundering in accordance with Art. 42, paragraph 2 of the ZMIP.
5. EU Regulation
The EU Regulation is signed only by citizens of Ukraine and Russia
- Declarations are signed on site by a notary.
- Declarations are prepared by a lawyer of the company "Happy Propertybg".
Required documents from the buyer through an ATTORNEY:
1. Power of attorney.
The authorized person can be (a relative or friend, an independent lawyer, a lawyer of the company "Happy Propertybg", the manager of the company "Happy Propertybg")
2. A copy of the buyer's international passport.
3. Declaration of citizenship and civil status Art. 25, paragraph 8, from the Law on National Development of the Russian Federation.
4. Declaration of the origin of funds Art. 66, paragraph 2 from the Law on the Protection of Personal Income.
5. Declaration on measures against money laundering Art. 42, paragraph 2 from the Law on the Protection of Personal Income.
6. EU Regulation.
The EU Regulation is signed only by citizens of Ukraine and Russia
- The Power of Attorney and Declarations are prepared by a lawyer of the company "Happy Propertybg".
- The buyer certifies them at the Bulgarian consulate or at a notary at the place of residence and sends them by courier service to Bulgaria.
- For the Bulgarian Consulate, documents are prepared in Bulgarian.
- For certification by a notary at the place of residence, documents are prepared in the relevant official language. After signing the documents, a licensed translation into Bulgarian is made.
- The company "Happy Propertybg" provides the services of a licensed translator.
Important! Signing documents at a notary at the place of residence implies additional costs for paying for a licensed translation of the text of the documents from Bulgarian into the relevant official language and back translation into Bulgarian.
